Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cultured Clothing, we strive to ensure that your order is processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, costs, and other important details.


1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options based on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or UPS): 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping (Next-Day Delivery via DPD or UPS): 1-2 business days

Europe

  • Standard International Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 7-10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, delivery location, and package weight.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • If your tracking number is not active within 48 hours, please contact our support team at orders@culturedhq.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Cultured Clothing is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
  • If an order is held at customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further assistance.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days (UK) or 45 days (International) from the shipping date, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: Cultured Clothing is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. If you believe your package has been stolen, please check with your neighbours, building security, or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, courier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
  • If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@culturedhq.com so we can try to update it before dispatch.

8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Some items may be available for pre-order or made-to-order. In these cases, estimated shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Please note that these items may take longer to ship, and you will receive email updates about their status.

9. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • During busy seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), shipping times may be longer than usual.
  • We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid delays.
