At Cultured Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- The item is not a final sale item, custom order, or underwear/swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- The return must be approved by our team before sending the item back.
⚠️ Important: If the tag is removed, the item is non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. How to Request a Return
If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps:
- Email orders@culturedhq.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item (with the tag attached)
- The reason for return
- Wait for a response from our team with further instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items with tags removed
- Final sale or clearance items
- Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised items
